If there's one specific thing about Pokemon I liked other than the game itself, it has to be the (for lack of a better word) "infrastructure" surrounding it. What I mean is that Pokemon is a massive series, sort of like Super Mario. It's an old series, but it will always attract new players and make money, thus keeping it alive forever which means that there will always be a new adventure to be had for the long-time fans as well as the newer, younger fans (similarly to the Mario games).
Anybody else have similar thoughts?

I know what you're trying to say.
I realize I'm in the minority here but I LOVE ads and advertising campaigns... that's the main reason I follow Pokémon... I only play the games for about a month after they come out but I follow their ad campaigns (even tcg and anime, tho I don't watch the show or play the tcg) year round
