It would be interesting if they made egg groups play a role with certain moves tbqh. Like Toxic/Toxic Spikes only make Mineral mons poisoned rather than badly poisoned, Flying egg group gets 2x STAB on certain moves like Wing Attack, Body Slam ignores Electric immunity but can't paralyze Amorphs, etc.

If fire and dragon types can get two 100+ BP attacks on either side of the spectrum then so should steel ect.

Please. Look at Sceptile. Big special attack stat, mediocre physical attack stat, great speed...but its most varied and useful moves are all physical with an almost barren special movepool.

And then the mega came along and instead of fixing this problem, they made it worse.
