Also people are underestimating Rowlet's usefulness ingame. Its typing alone gives it an advantage against 3/4 Kahunas and 3/7 totems. Also ice types will probably be nearly nonexistent ingame. Add to that that Rowlet gets 2 STABs right off the bat, while litten and popplio will be stuck with one until level 36.
