Flareon moveset is too barren, even on the Special side, but either 65/130/60/65/110/95 or 65/65/60/130/110/95 would've been way better than what we have right now.

Personally, I wouldn't even touch its bad stat distribution, but I'd give him a better Ability (even a defensive Ability like Fur Coat would work better on it than the offensive Guts) and some coverage moves. It's also too bad Eevee doesn't learn Extreme Speed, it would be a great move for it and also for Flareon and Leafeon.

Flareon is fine as a physical attacker it just needs more speed and a better movepool. Flare Blitz hits hard as fuck.

Mega Houndoom's not all that bad. If they ever do edit Mega's at all and give it a different ability, even a decently offensive one, it'll really see a lot of usage. It's stat setup, typing and movepool are all geared perfectly for offense.

He's the perfect bro in Pokemon XD. You get Houndour early enough, and since it's pre physical special split, you get Crunch and Flamethrower off of its delicious Special Attack by level up.

Fire-type Return + Fire-type Quick Attack, it would be far more useful, but still outclassed. Flareon speed is terrible for a mono Fire-type, it's way too frail physically and it doesn't have a good move to counter Water-types.

I can't believe Barabarcle is a good user of Razor Shell and has access to Shell Smash whereas Samurott was clearly designed with these moves in mind but is better off running Waterfall/Aqua Tail and doesn't get Shell Smash.
