It has decent, but somewhat weak, STAB in Wild Charge, coverage in an actual Ice-type move in Ice Fang, AND a good ability in Guts, the only thing it needs is more speed.

Instead let's focus on my number two, shuckle. From a gameplay design point shuckle is probably the fucking stupidest thing in the series, I love it. Honestly I feel if it got around +30 hp it would be more useable. At least it has a niche with sticky web.

Give sudowoodo fighting/rock instead of rock.

It gets stab from fighting moves it learns, gains some immunity to steel and a 4x immunity to rock, while clearing up the major weakenesses it has. I don't know how dual typing works that well but i assume wiht another type it just makes a weakness do "normal" damage.

So if i'm correct, it's now immune to grass/water super effective moves. If I'm correct. So now it's got a good movepool, good typing, and can now be used competitively without retarded moves, and just using the moveset it has.

That's not quite how dual typing works. Yes it can make weaknesses into neutrals, but only if the new type resists those types. So in that scenario Fighting/Rock Sudowoodo is still weak to Grass, Water, Fighting, and Ground. But it resists Dark, Bug, and Rock now. But it also turns its Flying resistance to a neutrality. It also becomes weak to Psychic and Fairy.
