Easiest way is to make Dragon-types SE against fairies.

It's boosted sp,atk over normal fug gets split into attack and speed.

It has almost everything already. Quiver Dance and Aeroblast? Close Combat? Gunk Shot? Sacred Fire? Shift Gear? Spore? It is hard to make it any stronger.
