- Scald/Surf
- Ice Beam
- Grass Knot/HP Grass/Air Slash

If its for battle spot singles, Hydro Cannon would get you instant kills most of the time. If its mediocre speed is an issue run with a Tailwind partner(Defensive Whimiscott resists its weaknesses) or Sticky Web support from Smeargle or Galvantula.
Bulky Support Talonflame could also be a Tailwind alternative by having recovery, but shares the electric weaknesses.

There's always the physical SD set, 3 Special moves+Aqua Jet, fully special, etc.
