You should be able to get Perfect Zygarde as well this way. The Zygarde Cube collects Zygarde Cores so why stop at 50%?

Wouldn't make sense if you couldn't get the Complete form since we the player have collected ALL the required cores and cells.

Game Freak even screwed the lore regarding Zygarde 10%, which is only controlled by 1 core and can only stay in that form temporarily, but the screenshot with the new PokeBank image basically denies the lore regarding 10%, so hopefully the same goes for Complete Zygarde.

No one wants a crappy zen mode clone Pokemon, and Power Construct is basically a ability with no ability in it, essentially anyone who's using Zygarde "only" want its more powerful form, (I get that some loves teh snek & doggo too, so maybe they don't want it to change form either) but after transforming it got no additional effects, rendering it basically a shit ability. Sure, you regain some health and get ??? stat boost, but that is nothing compared to a great ability, solid movepool and non-gimmicky Pokemon imo at least.

With no beneficial ability Perfect Zygarde probably makes up for it by getting a huge stats boost. Its HP is already double that of 50% Zygarde and its other abilities will most likely also get increased. It should at least have 708 base stats based on what has been revealed so far.

Probably, but I hope it won't reach Mega Rayfuq levels, though that might be likely, although it won't be as effective as Mega Rayquaza unless it gets a nerf, similar to Mega Khanga's Parental Bond nerf.

But it still sucks that it essentially got no ability and making it super predictable will be a weakness to it as well.
