Legs: grey->bluish tinted grey->blue
Red feathers: Starts on head->moves down to body->Becomes tailfeathers
Blue eyespots growing more prominent with each evolution
Head plumage: Starts standing up->Slicked back->entirely slicked back so it's just part of the neckfeathers

Why are there people so butt-blasted over this Toucan? Almost all the regional birds are literally just a bird and nothing else. Pidgeot is literally just a fictional pigeon with barely any changes from Pidgeotto. Noctowl is literally just an owl. Swellow is literally a sparrow.

Hell, I don't even get the "why does a woodpecker become a toucan" complaints, Pidove goes from a pigeon to a pheasant. Fletchling goes from a robin to a falcon. The only one with an exceptional design here was Fletchling desu and that's cause it got it a different typing as Fire/Flying.

We don't even know the typing of this toucan and honestly, fuck it. It seems neat enough. Gimme that toucan if you don't want it.
