Why did GF put Carbink and Klefki in Alola dex?

For the same reason they put Spinda,Delibird,Castform they are just rotating the pokemon.

Yeah,but if they wanted to do a small dex of 290is pokemon,there's over 802 pokemon to choose,and there's better chooices from kalos than carbink..

Gamefreak is full of fucking idiots who chose the regional dex by throwing darts. Same reason there's no Solrock, Lunatone, Tropius, or Bellosom.
