Pikachu. Though by the end of the game, I boxed it and the only starter in my team was Charizard.

Pikachu. It sucks that it gets so much hate for being the undeniable mascot of the franchise but I've been playing Pokemon games since I could barely read and Pikachu has always been one of my favourites.
