There's no writer(s) here, it's just JCC who writes the TPCi dub script (terribly), and the fact he adds slang, rhyme, alliteration, puns, and dumb catchphrases that are all dub-only from BF through XYZ is a major problem with the TPCi dub, but the background music replacement to the extent where 90% of it is erased nowadays & TPCi have gotten worse than 4Kids ever was in that department (TPCi have always been worse when it comes to script writing than 4Kids, especially in regards to Team Rocket & Ash, Movies 1-2 & some of Chronicles excluded).

And let's not forget that the TPCi/DuArt dub voice cast is horrendous, too. Or those talent-less intros TPCi make that a fan could do in Windows Movie Maker easily, or the paint edits they've been doing since XY started dubbed, etc.
