Well from a few post on Reddit there's also a random chance of encountering Alola Dugtrio and Golem. Taking a picture of Dugtrio is only accessible if a woman in a sundress and hat is onn the beach (she looks identical to the NPC who's at the street corner; wanting to show you off to her rescuer when she fucked up her foot) and apparently you can see Golem through the broken wall, across from the woman who takes you to meet up with the Mysterious Old Man
Pressing B rapidly makes Sun trip over himself
Spinning in a circle without moving makes Sun do a spin dance
You can touch Rotoms Eyes and he'll freak out

No idea, I'm constantly seeing streamers, YouTubers, and people on Reddit posting them. I've yet to come across Alola Dugtrio as well but people insist their in the game.
Someone yesterday in another thread found out that Dugtrio can't be battled even though people stated they can after taking a picture of it.
Its stats are literally that of a Pikachu and even can get the Static Ability

She'll be standing to the left (our left) of the Old Man who takes us to Ten. She's really close to the railing, overlooking the sea.
You'll know because before you're even able to interact with her NPC (walking near her) a cutscene will activate

Make sure your date and time on your 3DS is set to the proper day. For same reason the online date and time doesn't connect with the 3DS itself on occasion. So for mine, it was a day and a few hours behind and when I changed it to the actual time and date Lillie instantly appeared for me.

How do you access the box now? I doubt it'd be usable in the demo but everything else they just tell you "you can't do that yet". The pokemon center doesn't even have a PC.

I downloaded it as soon as it was released, but after two days I changed the date of my 3DS because it was set to 11-12-2011 and the hour was wrong too.

The game punished me by ignoring the passage of time for an entire day, so now I'm a day behind everyone else when it comes to the events.

My question is, HOW does the game know I was supposed to encounter Lillie today? Because I did, even though I'm not supposed to.

Universally when you change the date on your 3ds the system ignores the passage of time for 1 day. More often than not it's better to just keep it set for the correct date.

Nintendo makes their shit needlessly restrictive.

If you messed with the clock you have to wait 24 hours before time based events will occur. But the 24 hours only starts the next time you start the game. So if you changed the date 3 days ago and tried playing today you'd still have to wait 24 hours before anything happens.

Downloaded and finished the demo on the 19th. First guy in front of the Pokemon Center told me to come back tomorrow, which was odd since he was supposed to give me stuff on the 19th.
Been trying every day since then, always tells me to come back tomorrow. The girl by the ocean that should give you stuff today isn't there either.

If you miss it maybe it just resets the quest until you get it right. Also saving in the demo is weird so if you didn't do anything to save after you talked to him maybe it doesn't count as started.

The game has a bloom shader going on. it's more noticeable on white stuff but anything lighter in color reflects it sometimes. Team skulls hats glow sometimes thanks to the bloom effect.

Did you change the date of the 3DS? If you did, the game will still remember how many days ago you downloaded it (Lillie event will still happen the day it shoud), but the NPC events that happen on certain days will stop counting down for 24 hours.

Don't change the date anymore and wait one more day.

To anyone having problems with the guy near the pokemon center, I downloaded the demo on the 19th and he told me to talk to him tomorrow. I did but he said the same thing. It was close to midnight so I continued playing and trying to get the girl on the beach to appear, after midnight I talked to the guy again and he finally gave me the wings. Maybe talking to him shortly after midnight might help if you don't turn off the game.
