Only part I disagree with is knocking out bruxish. It seems like it has enough sass to keep up with Jessie. I also seeing it being able to fight out of water by levitating because psychic typing.

Do we know if they still have Inkay and Malamar? If they do, I can see them just having Bewear, I don't think they'll get Mimikyu, but again, having so little Pokemon doesn't give many options for the characters.

Mimikyu is not actually part of their team.
The Mimikyu perseveres through constant rejection by Team Rocket. It is either mistaken for Pikachu and wrongly kidnapped (and subsequently released) or it goes out of its way to be caught, even knocking Pikachu out of danger because it demands the attention.
It is repeatedly released, rejected, and ignored, but it follows Team Rocket across the region. It is determined to be caught by them.
