Same. The hype I have for SM is more mellow than my XY hype was.

Not going into it expecting great things like i did with XY, just hoping for a mellow, enjoyable experience similar to how i felt playing yokai watch.
The days of amazing HGSS/BW games are over as far as im concerned, game freak has too broad of an audience now to genuinely pollish a game like they used to. Not their fault, just the way things go with major fame developers over time.
