Steel/Rock
A fossil-mon.
It has the highest Defense and Sp. Defense stats in the game, as well as modest health. I figure the 4x weakness to ground and fighting, as well as a 2x weakness to water, it has plenty of moves that'll take even its ridiculous defenses and health down with a few strong hits.
It's whole purpose is to be used as a Baton Passer and to do literally zero direct damage. It cannot learn Toxic.
