Deoxys. I like it's color scheme and the designs of each form. The mystery of it during Gen 3 and how it's form depended on what game it was in was also really cool.

Zekrom. Cool design and neat typing. Being the chosen in White version was fucking amazing, seeing it coming out of the Dark stone and fucking shit up.

I was thinking of making a type-balanced legendary team, but it's kind of hard. I came up with:
