Statwise, yes. Base 153 Special attack is 1 point lower than Mewtwo(14th highest in the game). Base 145 Attack matches M-Luke, M-Mence, M-Gross(31-34th highest). Base 132 speed is faster than Jolteon and Crobat, making it the 14th fastest Pokemon. But you have to consider that you don't get those great stats without getting a KO first, and you're stuck without an ability before you get the KO. At least Water Shuriken being special now helps it score revenge kills.

It's usually a 30-75power attack. In Ash-Greninja form, it's a 50-125power attack, averaging at 65power.

As another anon said, it has Autonomize. Even then, if its got mediocre speed, it could still comfortably sit in OU as a wallbreaker. Potential 145 base attack with a choice band and good offensive STAB and the great physical coverage fighting types usually get means there's virtually no such thing as a safe switch if you slap a Choice Band on. Even resisted hits will slam into shit like a truck.
