If I hatch a female Charmander on a Japanese Emerald, trade it to an English Emerald, then transfer to SS/HG and breed with a Male Charmander, will the masuda method still work?
Or is there no language identifier applied to the Charmander hatched on Emerald? Will I have to trade two Charmanders over to my Japanese HG and hatch one on there, then trade it back to work?

1/2048 isn't as good but it is not bad.
I do have a W2 with a shiny charm on it but it came that way so I won't use it. I do have a 3DS but none of the new games.
