you basically need the c1. And then its still a 4mon stages with blocks. So you also need gallade or leavanny to get rid of them. You do not want to waste 5 precious turns without combos.
Thats why you should also use shufflemove and be very cautious about your moves....

Mega Banette/Chandelure/Haunter/Filler is an option, albeit not as proficient as MMY but it can get the job done regardless. You can bring a Mega Gengar team to Meowth as well.

In my opinion, it's much more important to get Fug fully candied in order to get more candies in return from competitions. You'll always be at least guaranteed 2nd prize tier with it.

Only other ones I can think of that might be good would be Aero, Zam and maybe my SS Ampharos. I know all the Hoenn megas are decent but I don't think I've used Sceptile or Swampert since I candied my Fug way back.

Depends on what you have.

M-Gengar is good as always.
White Kyurem with its Eject++ is amazing.
Either Diancie or Zygarde 50% are very useful with Barrier Bash+.
Dragonite with Dancing Dragons helps tie the team together.

Just don't bring Rayquaza with the intent to neutralize the ones Mega Fug adds as a complexity +1- Happiny will spawn instead.

So with a full item run, M-Gengar, Dragonite, and two strong dragon types is your best bet. Zygarde 50 has a good ability, but White Kyurem/Zygarde100(without the skill swap) are only good as raw numerical damage. I've heard good things about Goodra but I haven't caught it yet, and I suppose the Lati@s twins could either (or both) work as well. But just remember to prioritize making matches using Dragonite, to ensure that Dancing Dragons goes off as often as possible.

First two I won with 7 turns left. I moved an harmless little wink charmander and got taken on a ride to Combo City

3rd Heart it spawned 5 coins, but the whole board was so fucked up, I only got 100 coins and bailed

4th heart I aligned 4 coins, and was met with a block. Got 300

End result, 4 hearts, 440 coins. If I wasn't so balls deep in events and legendaries I would unistall this shit and play on the 3DS

If your asking about the Zoroark stage than yes, of course it's possible itemless. Mega Ray (max candies) Genesect lvl 13, Xerneas lvl 10 and Groudon lvl 15 (skill level 4) is the team I usually beats it (80 - 90 % of the time). It has 17 600 hp and you have 15 turns to beat it. It's manageable as long as you keep disrupting it.

Guys help, I've 10 RMLs and I'm legitimately considering using them on Venusaur and Blastoise just because Charizard is Level 15 and my autism is whispering me to do it
I figured if there were people who actually fell for the Scyther meme it wouldn't be that bad, specially since Venusaur and Blastoise's abilities are actually kind of useful, but they're not God-tier like Charizard's either and most of the time they wouldn't find a place on a team with shit like Shaymin or Kingdra around, maybe if I boosted their skills as well but that would already be a lot of investment and probably only Vitality Drain is worth it

Pikachu is a "puzzle" stage with only 1 good move. And the other safarimons are E Z P Z ghosts that will literally die to anything.
