Offensively, it would be good. It could be a what Ice types should be, glass cannons. Point and case: Weavile fits that bill.

I personally love this thing. Couldn't have cared less about Crabrawler, but this guy gets a one way ticket to my team. I'm hoping that it is Fighting/Ice.
