You clearly don't.
The dark stones are Lodestones, naturally magnetic rocks. The stout stone in the center is the projectile. The "facial hair" is just other lodestones/iron fragments attracted to Golem's body. Consider the regional dex contains both Magnemite's and Nosepass' lines, 2 Pokemon who are centered around magnetism and evolve when exposed to it -- Probopass even has the similar psuedo facial hair.
Are you one of those retards who think railguns are just laser beams, and think Vikavolt is a railgun?
