According to the leaked Pokemon, there are two blank spaces next to Salandit2. Unless those are his Totem form, which is not confirmed, we either get male evo or a new pokémon.
To be honest, even if it is female only, the design is good enough to warrant a space on my team.

And about Vespiquen: That one is very clear: It's a queen bee. It HAS to be female. While many girly pokémon can be both genders.
