It's definitely a sea urchin now, but... what they've done is kinda odd. It's a little girl with echinoderm skin as her hair, but then its hair becomes the entire urchin, and it looks like it can raise each individual segment to look around.

I certainly was not expecting a sea urchin Pokemon to end up like this, but I can't say that it's not unique.
