How's the demo?

Good couple hours of content, not much to do after that other than fumble around in tall grass.

But unfortunately it's creating more depression than hype. In my opinion, GF needs to stop releasing demos. Every time the same overblown reactions.

This. There's some little events apparently if you go back and talk to NPCs after so many days, but they'll probably just give you little items to transfer over to the full game. Not even worth it really.

About on par with the ORAS demo. You do stuff, get stuff. But there are certain NPCs that will give you certain stuff on certain days, it would seem. I tried grinding in the catching challenge to see who would evolve. I didn't get any of the ones I caught to evolve though.

Did anyone get anything to evolve in the demo so far?

Demo was super duper easy, but well, it's just a demo.

I was surprised by the pikachu at the end, tho. I got paralysed, and if I didn't use aqua shuriken I would have died.

I'm pretty sure some kids will get beaten there.

Basically Z move are upgrade based on the move used and keep the propriety special/physical.

The first Z move of pikachu that has thunderbolt was 175 BP

I was a little wary of Totem Hakomo-o and it flinched my shit once, but I ended up taking it down in two moves anyway.

Ace Trainer's Pikachu caught me off guard too, but Frogman had already gone full Satoshi from one-hitting her first Pokemon, so the Pikachu went down with one Night Slash.
