Why does every fucking Pokemon this gen have the "Heliolisk problem" where they look like awkward second stages that need to evolve just one more time except noooope that's the end of the evolutionary line kek :^)!
And then there are things like Wimpod where the evolution is too grand that it looks like it's MISSING a middle stage.

I can see the argument there but at the same time I feel that's what they were going for, to have this cute and cowardly little thing suddenly get fucking jacked up and scary.
