It's not that it's bipedal so much as it is that GF hardly did anything to make it look like it's not just a person in an animal suit. 1, 2, & 4 were good animalistic designs. 3, 5, & 6 are anthropomorphic trash.

The main reason people don't like Luchalitten is because it's probably going to be fire/fighting. It's a fine type, but there have been three fire/fighting starters already, it's time for something new.

Fire/Water/Grass works the best. It's easy enough for kids to figure out. It's a game meant for kids. There is no reason to change it.

It's an offensive type, anon. It not taking hits is excusable, but it still manages to take hits pretty well. It's weak to Water, Rock and Ground, sure, but it resists twice as many types.

My bigest problem are the ones that go from being quadrupeds to being bipedal. Charizard, Blaziken, and Infernape are fine to me since they started as bipedal.
