Nah, console's working fine. I just downgraded it from 9.9.0 to 9.2.0 (altough not sure if "partially downgraded" or not), but I can't acces Homebrew again.
Any ideas?

Access homebrew via what?
If you were using menuhax you need to change the payload, just do the browserhax process again.

Via "Boot and pressing Down on the Dpad".
>used downgrader
>waited for install
>got error
>booted up
>got black screen
>pulled the SD card out and placed it back in
>checked the console
>9.2.0
>deleted the "000000XX" folder
>tried to access Homebrew Launcher
>get the normal Home instead
Ideas?

You deleted menuhax when you deleted the exdata folder. Use browserhax or something else to reinstall menuhax.
