Wiat a fucking minute, I just realized that yeti crab doesn't have boxing gloves, but rather the training ones.
He's more than confirmed as a defensive counterpart to crabrawler, and i believe instead of a rivalry, they'd have more of a friendship as they'd train them.
Which leads me to believe he might not even be fighting at all, maybe psychic... To resist and prevent the blows properly from crabrawler.
Maybe ice/psychic?

I really hope this thing is a counterpart. It seems pretty different from Crabrawler. The crab it's based on is aquatic and the yeti theme is out of nowhere.

But the similar color and the fact that it gets much larger looks like it might just be his evolved form...
