all the fairy types that gen introduced are the most thinly veiled marketing gimmick in the history of the series and all this is before you start getting into the megas.

I'll admit that the few that aren't utterly disgraceful are some of the best pokemon introduced since gen 1 though. Bergmite, Sliggoo, Clawitzer, Greninja etc

In this generation of Waifumon, it's nice to see a very masculine type. Only UB02-Beauty is feminine. Vikavolt, Waterspider, Winnerpod, UB02-Expansion and Ribombee are all very masculine, the latter three even being Barabait.
