There's a catching game where you can catch Pikipek, Yungoos, Rockruff and Pikachu and they can also get exp by catching others (I still think it's impossible to evolve Pikipek using this method) but you have to release them when you're done or out of balls.

And how do I get Alolan Dugtrio? Apparently it's in the demo as a Snap Pokémon but how?
