Snowman was mistranslation of "yeti" which is interchangable in chinese. Yeti obviously refers to Crabrawler's evolution. Dolphin is one of the tapus.

They were unable to me extracted from the games data, and as a result we don't know their identities. There is a possibility for a snowman pokemon, just as there is a possibility for some of the already revealed pokemon to have evolutions.
