I want to transfer a Machamp that knows Fissure over from my Virtual Console copy of Yellow to my copy of Sun or Moon, but I don't have any friends to trade Machoke over to.

What should I do?

I think the Gen 1 Pokemon can only go to Sun and Moon through Bank, not XYORAS

It should, but you'll probably need to use Bank to get it from gen 6 to 7. We won't know until the game's out or they make a very specific announcement about how trading will work.
