Out of all the things that should be immune to each other, you make Fighting-Fighting neutral.

Don't you think it would be more symbolic if Fighting was immune to itself, to signify that each fighting style is readable, exploitable, and negated by a trained fighter? It would also be interesting if Counter was the only Fighting move that worked against Fighting types.

If anything Fighting should be SE against fighting. Too many things resist fighting regardless
