Ice should also resist Water, Dragon and Ground.

This would make Ice and Rock more favorable defensive types.

This should be a defensive GEN more resists would change dynamics of power creep.
Add grass resisting fairy and Dragon resisting flying.

No, no its not. I don't know how many times I and everyone has to say this, but GF has already proven they're not gonna change there ways when it comes to Ice and Rock. They see them as "poor man's Steel" which is why they constantly insist on making them slow and defensive. Look at Avalugg, look at Aurorus, hell look at Sandslash. They're not gonna change there ways no matter what and living ignorance won't change anything.

That said, I suggests removing its Fighting or Rock weakness and make it resist Water, Flying and Normal. And also buff Hail to raise the Def of Ice types. And also don't pelt Fire and Water types.

Makes sense for it to resist fairy but be SE against it not really. Then again fairy does need a defensive nerf, probably more than an offensive one since the obly reason why it's considered broken is because a couple of pokémon with insane special get something like 180 BST move with no downside.

On the other hand being weak to two previously irrelevant types is a nice buff for said types, but it's not enough to be balanced.

I think you mean BP, and Hyper Voice is 117 BP. 117 * 1.5 = is 175.5 I think, compared to HJK which is 195, Fire Blast which is 165, STAB Draco Meteor is 210 (105 on the second use; using it beyond the second time is pointless but the second one still hurts like fuck),

Ground, too, resists Poison. It's relatively unknown because Brock's Onix always seemed bulky enough to tank Beedrill all day regardless, but the dual resistance helped.

Also, considering GF balances (more or less) the game around doubles first and foremost, I'd say give Grassy Terrain better distribution (an auto-setter would be great), ditto Rototiller (Dugtrio can't learn it for some reason), and buff it to make it give higher boosts if Grassy Terrain is active or something; make a Grass-type equivalent of Surge Surfer, give more Grass mons Solar Power, and make Grass resist Rock, since it actually makes sense flavourwise.

Sunny Day now lasts 8-12 turns rather than 5-8.
That's about all it needs. More moves like Weather Ball which get stronger in sun and AREN'T grass-type would also be handy. Between Solar Beam, Synthesis, Weather Ball, coverage, Grass is pretty reliable.
You could also give more things Solar Power and remove the damage drawback.
Ice and Psychic need more thorough buffs to work.

Considering real life birds do nothing to trees outside of picking dead twigs, eating nuts and fruits that actually help the trees to spread there seeds and that tropical trees like palm trees pretty much laugh to hurricanes and tsunamis, I have no idea.

Also Poison, plants can grown in radioactive environments and in places filled with garbage.
