the website implies that Alolan Sandslash has a lower speed stat then regular Sandslash. So instead of having an ability that doubles its speed, how about an ability that gives priority to ice type moves? Technically an ice type version of Gale Wings

Since they made an all new Dragon Hammer move just for Exeggutor (although it might be given to others), I kinda feel like it'll end up more Physical than Special.
