Yes. Most 3DS demos have a limit of the number of times you can boot them up, but the ORAS demo had no usage limits.

Course, this is the ORAS demo. Nintendo will most likely do the same with the Sun/Moon demo, but there is no guarantee. IIRC, the ORAS demo was a "special promotion" that was sent out by codes in an e-mail or something.
