Eusine's episode was easily the best, followed by the opener, everything else has been from meh to garbage.

is just me or someone else have noticed the Pokémon in Generations and Origins just don´t say their name? They do some type of a roar, or something.

This is just Courtney, we haven't seen Shelley heck even Mars or Jupiter yet. Or even fuccboi Saturn. Those will blow our dicks away.

I thought these were supposed to be untold stories but most of them are just stuff we already know about

I mean, they had Looker show up just to regurgitate the Silver and Giovanni cutscene from HGSS

And Courtney has psychic powers... that has no impact on her at all and doesn't even offer any new perspective

I like the idea, not so much the shorts themselves. They have kind of a hokey feel to them. Especially the dialogue, none of it comes across as very natural and is either really corny or stilted depending on the character.

Also I fucking hate the look of most of the human characters in this, and they clash horribly with the pokemon themselves who are generally more on-model. Especially Looker, what the fuck happened there, he barely looks like the same character.

It's not about wanting something edgy.

The problem with it is the fact that the villain teams are horribly neglected. Cyrus is the worst offender.

Like, in Generations villain teams are treated for what they are,terrorists: the police raiding the Viridian Gym, with Pokémon being used for infiltration, had Giovanni being described as "an experienced trainer" which was used as an analogue for "heavily armmed".

The anime versions of the villain teams appear for 5 episodes out of 190 and literally do nothing.
