Bounsweet could work as the base form even but it could split from there.

Also notice how Tsareena's ability is specifically 'Queenly Majesty' rather than say, royal majesty.... (checks other localizations)... yeah this is just on the English translators :L that they just called it queenly actually makes it less likely of a counterpart :(

The theory kind of fulfils itself. That the mangosteen is commonly known as the queen of fruits and that they have integrated this into its design, means gamefreak must surely be aware there is a just as prominent 'king of fruits' in the durian which has a similar fleshy structure inside whilst having different colouring and texture.

Queenly majesty isn't localized in all region specifically as queenly it seems, (anyone speak french that can verify this? All other languages do seem to be feminine in nature still however) that does hurt this theory a little desu, though its original name in Japanese is 'Queen's majesty too.

Further explanation, in spanish almost every word is either male or female, but that does not determine where it's used.

In Regia Presencia both words are female, but anyone can have Regia Presencia, because it's not tied to the subject's gender.

The important part though is that it is the original Japanese which also includes 'Queen' in its name. Kingly presence could become royal majesty or something instead of royal presence in the languages that don't use queen.

I am not all an artist but here is a rough mock up of what a potential 'Tsarian' could look like. I really fucked the crown up xompletely and I can't draw spikes so yeah. Also hes supposed to be wearing one long durian leaf as a cape.

The thing is durians are also renowned for their horrible smell which could work for a Grass/Poison type. It would be a bit a bit of a *trop* kick in the teeth if Tsareena's counterpart was dual typed but not her. Then again Grass/Steel and Grass/Poison are both arguably better suited for a defensive pokemon in terms of resistances etc. Grass/Fighting is more of a glass cannon typing (though Tsareena looks to be precisely one of these) that has a fairly hefty trade off for Fighting type STAB: additional weaknesses to Fairy and Psychic and a x4 weakness to Flying can be a very bad time but resisting Rock and Dark in return for becoming neutral to Bug is reasonably decent.
