Reminds me of when I lost my very first Pokemon, a (male) Blaziken named Calli. I traded him to a friend at school for his Pokédex (I got a long-standing in return) and we both agreed to trade back, but this was close to the end of the school year, and the damn kid never showed up for school again after that day.
