Assuming you run EQ specifically to hit Heatran you could go for some Atk EVs.

88 Atk Life Orb Venusaur Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Heatran: 338-400 (87.5 - 103.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock

Otherwise I'd just roll with a simple 252 SAtk/ Spe and consider going with a full special set.

I'm not sure if Growth Mega Venusaur is a good idea at. Running something as bulky as MVenu without reliable recovery (Synthesis) feels like a bit of a waste.

If you really want to though I'd probably just go with a simple 252 HP/ SAtk Modest, since the set will be somewhat reliant on Giga Drain hitting as hard as possible while missing the unboosted OHKO on Heatran isn't much of any issue anymore.

The Growth variant strikes me as some sort of weird setup-wallbreaker-thingy. Interesting on paper, but probably way too easy to play around in practice.

If anything you could consider running a bait set with Growth, Giga Drain and both HP Fire and EQ to abuse the fact that MVenu never runs both and maybe get a surprise KO every once in a while. Maybe even go full retard and drop Giga Drain for Sleep Powder or something.

A simple Synthesis + 3 attacks will most likely just get more work done though. :x

Self-Destruct is a Munchlax only egg move, so you can only breed for IVs (Full Incense + Destiny Knot) or Nature (Everstone + Full Incense)
I went with the former so my Munchlaxes have random natures
I typically deal in balltism
