Diantha has two dragon types and a grass type on her team as well.

Not to mention Alain does have other Pokemon, and if those other Pokemon could take down Ash's Hawlucha and Goodra, they could probably take down Diantha's Hawlucha and Goodra.

For one, Fairy-type is NOT super effective against Charizard X.
Considering the fact that even Ash put up a good fight against Diantha, I'd say that Alan will win.

Her Tyrantrum could take care of Mega Charizard X, and her Hawlucha could get a few hits in on his Metagross and Tyranitar. Gardevoir has thunder, which easily checks Ufezant, and her Goodra has good coverage (Fire and fighting) against his two remaining mons (dark/ice and dark/steel respectively, both 4x week to fighting). Honestly, the odds are really in Diantha's favor here.
