I was watching the Japanese trailer and Dartrix was fighting Lycanroc. Dartrix had 88 HP at level 28. I checked Pignite's for reference and Pignite's is higher at the same level.
Dartrix has the same HP as Grotle at 28 too. So if it's anything like Grotle, it may have the same HP as Torterra or possibly a bit lower in its final stage.

Vikavolt at level 25 has 73 HP so it's anywhere between 60 and 65.

Well it had more HP then Tepig when it's Rowlet, and its HP went lower than Pignite's and down to Grotle's, so it could drop again.

Wow you're way off. First of all, the range for 73 HP at level 25 would be 61-76. Second, the original Japanese trailer it was in had 125 HP at 41 would be 75-91. That leaves its HP definitively at 75-76 not accounting for EVs
