That's normal, it happens to me every now and then. I usually give it a day before it goes back online.

forgot to add one time I did not use it for months and it did not want to load.

After deleting it and installing the latest version in started working again.

Remember to write down the
*license key*
*user name* you wrote and
*password* if any before deleting it and installing the latest version.
