Let's assume we want to make a /vp/ tournament. What would be the smartest way to do so?

make a thread and evaluate interest, propose a battle format and any rules you want to lay down in the OP and see how people react to them
you'd also need to account for how long it could take people to do their matches due to timezones, work, other constraints etc

I would honestly wait until a few weeks after S/M because you would have much bigger numbers with a fresh game - maybe also coordinate with the monotype challenge so you guys don't overlap? idk
