as much as I'd love to see an alolan poli line, I doubt we'll get one because it splits into a non-gen 1 Pokemon.

It'd be weird to have an alolan poliwhirl evolve into normal Politoed.

Then again I guess they could exclusively make Alolan Poliwrath and not touch the other 3.

I think we've seen most.

Clearly, despite what that one autist says in every thread, we are getting Alolan Persian and Alolan Muk.

If there are others beyond those two, I would be surprised. I hope there are more, but I wont hold my breath.

obviously they're only advertising alolan forms with genwun mons to attract as many people as possible, and they're going to have multitudes more spread across all gens in the full game, right?

I think we'll get at least around 30. Alolan forms are to Gen 7 what Mega Evolution was for Gen 6 and there were 28 Mega mons in XY.

I'm not saying it's good or bad. It's such that it can't be improved or made worse either way. With little to distinguish the new design from the old there's no point in wasting a form on it instead of a different Pokemon.
