>inb4 there's no fossils in Hawaii
>inb4 much patters
They still kept their other traditions like early route rodent bug and bird, pikaclone and dragon pseudo so it's quite possible. I really hope so.
No new fossils.Because Alolan Omanyte and Kabuto never went extinct.

If the islands are volcanic then they didn't exist long enough to have fossils. But I'm sure there will be fossil pokemon in SM anyway.
>>29104144
I hope they are good this time. I can't remember when was the last time a fossilmon wasn't a complete shitmon since Aerodacyl.
No, no fossils.
>>29104285
I meant muh patterns.
>>29104144
Relicanth is a fossil now?
>>29104144
I hope there are, but there might not be.
>Wanting shitty dual rock types
>Wanting for dex slots wasted on shit mon
>>29104144
Nah the cartoon suggest no new ones and some are found in the wild.
>>29104296

>>29104144
My gut says no.

Tyrantrum is currently in the OU/UU metagame, he's pretty cool. If they changed Rock and Ice to be more defensive, a lot of fossils would go up 1 or even 2 tiers.
>>29104334
Technically, it is a living fossil, like Wimpod.
>>29104317
>Tyrannosaurus if france
>Pachycephalosaurus in japan
>Every fossil aside from omastar was in the wrong place
>Dinosaurs went extinct long after pangea split apart for any moron trying to argue this
The location doesnt fucking matter

Calm down and read the last sentence again
>>29104296
That would be perfect
>>29104590
Adamant Tyrantrum with DDance+Life Orb+Head smash kills 252hp 252def bold M-Venusaur. And without recoil thanks to rock head. Also pretty bulky. This thing is a fucking beast.
>>29104751
Put them all in the wild.
Theyre already shown in the wild in alola.

How can you be so sure jangmo-o is the pseudo?
>>29104634
Since when was a "wharf roach" a living fossil?
Anyway, one of the trailers for the anime show Ash and Mallow in a museum looking at complete reconstructed fossils of Aerodactyl, Aurorus, and Rampardos.
A small chain of islands like Alola likely wouldn't bother having a fossil museum, especially one with complete reconstructed skeletons, if fossils weren't present in the region.
So, I feel pretty sure we'll be getting new fossil Pokemon in Alola.
