I suggest that Water-types should immune to Hail and Ice-types get a 50% boost to their defense while Hail is active.

Is independent from other protecting moves, caps at 25%. Right now it's basically Protect but worse in every fucking aspect.
>Constrict
40BP, always lowers Speed by 2 stages.
>Acid and Acid Spray
Supereffective on Steel-types the same way Freeze-Dry is on Water-types.Rip Ferrothorn and all Steel/Fairy Pokemon.

Constrict's PP is dropped from 35 to something like 15-20.
Gonna borrow an ability from pokemon shuffle.
Double Normal: Normal type attacks do double the damage. New hidden ability of all the regional rodents.

I like those 2 changes.
>Constrict
Becomes a multi-strike move that hits 3 times in a row. Has 20 power in the first strike, 30 in the second, and 40 in the last, giving a total power of 90. Each strike has an independent 20% chance of lowering speed by 1 stage.
>Will-o-wisp
Remains the same, but now gains perfect accuracy when used by fire (type association) or ghost types (ghastly flames related to spirits). PP reduced to 10
>Toxic
Counterpart of the above change, perfect accuracy when used by poison (type association) or dark types (ninja technique).
>Unnerve
No pokemon on the field can eat their berriesf for as long as the user is on the field, but additionally, no pokemon can use the move rest (except if it has mold breaker) and the item leftovers loses its effect.
