Even in the last couple dozen episodes of XYZ, you can see the quality dwindle so quickly until it hits its nadir with SM. I'm pretty sure that the games' popularity is the only thing keeping the anime afloat, hell even if it garnered record low ratings for TV Tokyo they still wouldn't be able to cancel it because of how much of a cash cow the franchise is.

I'm honestly annoyed. Keeping the status quo has always been a taboo subject for me, as far as writing goes.

Like, hell, if you want to develop something, do it. But pulling it back at the last second? Then all those development was completely and utterly pointless that you might as well not do it.

Not that anon, but you do realize that comedy anime with school setting is THE number one genre where the status quo is practically an immovable object, right?

I mean, it's not wrong; Daily Life of High School Boys pretty much ends with the calendar being reset, and it's still one of my favorites.
I just want to point out that calling it "breaking the status quo" is unfitting.

Anyway, here's hoping the comedy portion can give me a good chuckle. That'll save the anime for me at least.

It bogged down the show and made otherwise good episodes in to shitfests. It also made the fanbase possibly more annoying than ever.

My blood is fucking boiling right now. I've given my fucking life to this series. I've personally drawn 2,000 pieces of fan art for Pokemon alone. About half of those are SerenaAsh. I've even been featured on Pixiv about two dozen times. They represent thousands of hours that I've invested in this ship.

SerenaAsh is the basis of this series. It all starts with them and ends with them. They saved each other and they love each other. It was so simple and so perfect. I have nothing more to say about this.

Pokemon is dead to me. Masuda is dead to me. And soon I will be dead to me. It's ok, friends. I've had a good life with loving friends and family. But I die with SerenaAsh.
