Alolan pokecenter look comfy as fuck with its earthy colors, space and lighting. Alolan>everything else.

Just to explain, the Alola Centers look like a comfy new-age convenience superstore like you'll find at a nice gas station. I like that look so A+.
Unova has an aesthetic exterior and all those windows look great. Plus a good angle of view, and easy access to the second floor. That loft look is nice. Everything is centralized.
Johto has the comfy classic music, the multifloor loft, and a great interior look. Has an escalator, very spacious, and the luminous Poke Ball is cool.
Orre's Phenac Pokemon Center was gorgeous. Nice tunes, only two floors, and lots of soft colors.
Hoenn's redesigned Centers look awesome. I like the central circular lighting and the simple feel. Great music on it.
Kanto has the classic, simple feel of a region that was once cutting edge. Best music of the series.
Kalos has nice centralized areas, I like the screen that shows your team being healed and the dressing area makes it feel more like the all-purpose rest area it should be. That said, too many colors, too small and not great furniture choices.
Sinnoh is bland. Gen III Centers with an extra floor. IMO the worst version of the theme, PC looks ugly, and way too boring.

I hate that the Pokemon-Center-red color is only in the center of the building. Medical centers wouldn't be too packed with people, so I like the spacious look to it. It just needs some fucking trim to match the Pokemon Center's exterior with the interior.
